State Tax Credits & Rebates
Illinois ENERGY STAR® Appliance Rebate Program
As part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, the U.S. Department of Energy is providing funding to states and territories to support consumer rebate programs for ENERGY STAR qualified appliances and HVAC equipment. The State of Illinois has allocated nearly $3 million (split into the north and south of the state) of the funds for use by contractors on HVAC rebates.
